If you are an interested in booking an herbal medicine consult for yourself, or if you are a provider looking to refer a patient for a consult, please start by emailing me directly at laureneadline@gmail.com and I can assist you through the process.

I take most major insurance carriers including Medicare, Medicaid and managed Medicaid for both consults and primary care.
